Shockwave Flash keeps crashing My problem is :
When I turn on my computer on, often when I try to access webpages that contain flash content , such as youtube , a window appears reading: "The following plug-in is unresponsive: Shockwave Flash would you like to stop it?" with a selection of "yes" or "no"
when you click "yes", the whole of the web browser freezes and then one way or another you have to close the web browser,
If you press "no", nothing happens and according to the task manager the window is
"not responding".
However ,this problem can often be solved by restarting the computer a number of times. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall Shockwave Flash, but with no successful outcome whatsoever.
could anybody please help?
(Also, on a side note, in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen with all the program items on , I know the moment I log on that Flash will not work because skype fails to log in and stays on the two curved arrows circling ...if that makes any sense...)
Anyway
THANKS! |
