Solved: Program removal
I want to remove the program: Uniblue SpeedUpMyPC.
System Restart not working..said it's missing a file!
I get a window on startup and deny access.
I am using a Hp Pavilion computer; 64 byte with Windows 7
The file address is: "C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Uniblue\SpeedUpMyPC\sump.exe"delay20000

You could download and install Revo Uninstaller from here: http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_..._download.html It does a much better job of uninstalling unwanted programs than the Windows Uninstall program IMHO.

You could use "unlocker" a free utility which can unlock any programs using it in the background which then allows you to delete it or (worst case) you can mark it for deletion by Unlocker on your next reboot - that never fails.
