Hey,
My Laptop is taking too long to load. When the startup screen comes along, all the programs take forever to open up. I tried fixing this error by going to Safe Mode with Networking and I got the - DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL ERROR.

I went to the Event Viewer and I see the Distributed COM got error 1084 attempting to start the service with MSIServer with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{000C101C-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}

Got several DCOM errors with event ID 10005, and 10010
Also got the service Control Manager Error with Event 70001 and Event 7036.

When I try to uninstall the programs going to the normal safe moe, it says "Program has already been unsinstalled or removed. Do you want to remove from the list?

After saying Yes to it (even though I know I did not uninstall the program), I go to uninstall other program and it gives me an error message saying, windows installer problem and that it needs to be installed properly.

My laptop wasworking fine until few hours ago. I think, the HyperDesk Theme might have caused the problem which i had installed few days ago.

i did the system restore... but it didnt work..

Also the IRQL error was displayed when the BSOD came up..
