What do you consider stupid things related to the function keys?

well a play button
a pause button
a rewind button
a fast forward button
and the usual f5 is used for refreshing
also the f4+alt is normally for exiting
and now i have to use fn+usual keys to use them normally
so is there a way to reverse the usage

This is a function that the OEM has added and is not a function of Windows.

All laptops have dual use function keys
You always have to use FN + the appropriate F key on a laptop ( unless you spend a fortune & buy a laptop with a full size keyboard inbuilt, but then it isn't really portable)
