Smile i get no blue screen.
hi james here. i have a compaq presario desktop computer 5204 i have rebuilt from scratch, sort of . an everything is running except i have no video picture or blue screen. so i can't see my bios on the computer. i know it is there cause the computer see's my keyboard an mouse an my cd-roms . i believe i my have too much memory installed or my power cords from the powersupply maybe mixed up. i would appericate any help in this matter as to why i can't see the blue screen on the monitor. sincerely james blond.

If you can't even see the Bios POST...

Test with a monitor that you know is working.

If the problem persists the graphics card may be the culprit.
