How to fix winsock in XP without internet access
Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knows a surefire way to repair the winsock in XP Home or Pro without having another computer to work with?

Keep a copy of LSPFix (http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm) on the harddrive, a floppy or a CD at all times? It's only 182K so it's not like it'll take up a lot of space on the harddrive.

That's what I do "just in case" because repairing winsock in XP is more involved than I want to get into when LSPFix does the job so easily.
