SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND
ADMINISTRATOR WHEN IT COMES UP ..AT PROMPT TYPE THIS...cd\
next thing you type is...del index.dat /s (please note the spaces)
after it does what needs to,at next prompt type....shutdown -r(dont forget space before -r) thats it!!!
Please dont forget your spaces, very important. #11 | Cant delete all of web client publisher temp file I have been following this thread for a while and it seems to work. But now, after installing sp3 somehow I have problem restarting winxp afterwards, it kind of stalled, and I have to reboot into safemode w/ last good config. |  THIS THREAD HAS EXPIRED.
