Exclamation Unable to Load Locally stored Profiles
My computer has Windows XP sp2 on it. When I turn it on, I get this message:
Window cannot load locally stored profiles. Possible causes are insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile. If this problem persists contact your network supervisor.

Once you ok the message this one will come up:
Windows cannot load locally stored profiles and is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will not be saved.

So windows starts up and all my programs and files will load. However, it will not load Microsoft Outlook and all of my emails are gone as well as any favorites and defaults that might have been chosen in the past. True to the second message, whenever I restart it wipes anything I might of saved out.

How do I fix this without losing installed programs and stored data and can I get my old emails and favorites back?
