Administrator help
I am the administrator for my home computer, but some how task manager and the internet setting have been disable for my use and I do not know how to fix. It works in safe mode but not in normal boot. Is there a simple solution?

When did the problem begin? Can you relate the onset to the installation or removal of hardware or software, to include updates to Windows or your AntiVirus program, for example. Have you edited the registry or used a registry cleaner recently? I am NOT suggesting that you do so.

Are there any other accounts on the computer? If so, try to access taskmgr or use Internet Explorer.
If there are no other accounts, go to the control panel. In the upper left, left click on "switch to classic view" if that option is available.
Open Users / User Accounts.
Create a new user.
Try that account.

You are almost certainly infected. Scan with your antimalware apps and try some others. If you need to, post a log from HijackThis in the Malware forum.
