help there something wrong with my computer screen

my computer screen out of nowhere turn in to a green kind of colour i can still get the icon and stuffs but ti all green can anyone help
it maybe something wrong with the monitor but i dont know

Reconnect the monitor to the computer. Sometimes a bad connection can do that. If it's not that, maybe someone changed a setting in the menu of the monitor?

If reseating the monitor cable does not resolve the issue, try to turn off the computer. Wait for a about 5 minutes. Then try to open up the computer casing and try to reseat (unplug and replug) the graphic card on the computer.

p/s:
Make sure you discharged yourself before touching anything inside the computer. You can do so by touching the computer casing for 10s before opening it up

You don't happen to have a magnetic device setting next to your monitor? If so, move it.
Perhaps degaussing your monitor will fix the problem.

Both screen-shots look fine to me so it looks like your Monitor is causing the problem.
If so screen-shots will look fine, can you take a picture of the screen with a Camera and let us see that ?

How old is your monitor? Is it crt or flat panel? If it's old, the crt monitors get dark... Have you tried adjusting the settings on the monitor?

it the box kind i have it for 4-5 years
it look lighter when i playing online game
the game look greener and lighter

it went back to normal then after a i turn of the computer for a few mins it when back

I suggest hooking up another monitor to your computer. If it's also dark or green then it's your video card, if not it's your monitor. I suspect the monitor. You haven't by any chance put a magnet on the screen of your monitor? It looks cool while you're doing it, but ruins them...

another thing it keep changing in to different type of light it like green then it go back to normal then a light green and dark green

I had that problem, I just bolted in my video cable to the graphics card and the monitor nice and tight and it fixed it
