If it says they are unknown, then they are showing up, just that Windows doesn't recognize them (this is normal for Linux partitions). This means that the CD is seeing the SATA drive, so no driver is needed. If you did need one, the message would be that no hard drives were detected.

You will have to first delete the unknown partition(s), which will then show up as unpartitioned space. Select the unpartitioned space, then press Enter to setup Windows on the selected item. If you need to partition the drive, you can do that as well by pressing C then specify the size of the partition.

And sure sounds like you may have bumped the video card. Sometimes have to completely remove and re-insert them -- just pushing them back in doesn't always work.

Did you see that the No signal means that its your video card not working? Meaning that the monitor is not getting a signal from the card!! or the card is not giving a signal to the monitor.. U got a second card U can try??

Sounds like you might have a loose connection, or perhaps a piece of hair got behind the mobo. Sometimes just unplugging and replugging, helps solve the error?? Not sure if its caused by connection issues, or what but it works thats all I know...

You can try to reset the bios, by taking out the battery from the mobo, and unplugging the power cord. let it sit for two mins, and then replace cord and battery.. then boot, (possibly from last known good config)..
