I saw this once when someone clicked "Disable all" in Msconfig under services.
In any case, you can see if anything's disabled by looking there.

I used msconfig to enable ALL services then rebooted.
It made no difference though, some are still stopped like PnP.

Yes, when I use the Net start cmd I get a list of the services that are STILL working.

Go To Start > Run > Cmd > sc query type= service state= inactive

Copy And Paste The Above Command In The CMD Prompt .. their Are Spaces in Between

Rats! Just did that and no change.
Do ya think a reinstall of sp2 would work?

If yes then where can I D/L it from (windows update does not work, but normal downloads do)
