Lets Register All The ".dll And .ocx" Files Under System32

Start > Run > Cmd > Throw The Following Commands

cd /d %SYSTEMROOT%\system32
for %s in (*.dll *.ocx) do regsvr32 /s %s

Try This

Start > Run > Appwiz.cpl > Check "Show Updates" At The Top > Look For "Security Update For Windows XP (KB905749)" And Uninstall It.
