Printers: 'the handle is invalid'. Please HELP
Hello, this strange situation occured.
I installed HP 4200 and 5550 network printers to a user but when he tries to print from any application a message 'The handle is invalid' appears. When I try to print a Test page it gives 'The test page failed to print'.
Reboot, reinstallation of printers don't help.
Unfortunatelly I ave no access to our print server.
P.s. We use Windows XP Pro(Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600)
