Unhappy Resolved?? no one told me...please help
I sent in a request for help May 4th and was answered giving me instructions to follow...I followed the instructions and posted my HJT log and gave information that was requested and now I see that the thread was marked resolved. This may have been an oversight, but I would still appreciate an answer and help with this problem.

I have never had any problems getting help before, I know you people are all busy and appreciate that, but please have someone help me.
Thank you
Annette

Please go back to that original thread and use the REPORT option.

Not sure what you are speaking of, but there has been no edits on your thread to mark it resolved

I'd still report it as per the instructions in the very first thread in the malware removal forums.
