IE7 shuts itself down 5 seconds after starting
It has done this for a long time now - I use firefox mostly but could do with IE7 working properly as well.

When I start it up it loads and the tabs appear and then it shuts itself down sometimes if I start it up again it will work OK but sometimes it will continue shutting itself down again.

I have tried the windows install of IE7 from the microsoft site and it appeared to be installing it (reinstalling) but the same problem persists....

In Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, click on "Restore I.E Settings" and see if that doesn't fix it.
