System Volume Information\restore
my internet is running really slow, now iget alot of pop ups and when i did a virus scan with Bitdefender i got the following virus.
Remaining issues:Object Name Threat Name Final Status
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{BF77C4A3-DCD7-4250-A4CF-63F66DEE0489}\RP606\A0092881.msi=](Embedded EXE) Adware.SpyClean.K Delete Failed (file was in an archive)

is there a way to go in and delete all the System volume Information restore points, will this clear up all the restore points. any help would be appreciated. thanks Don

Do a Disk Cleanup and select the More Options tab, System Restore Clean up button.

This will remove all but the most recent Restore Point. If you wish, you can disable Restore, reboot and then re-able it to remove all Restore Points.

As a BTW, a virus, etc in the Restore files will only come into play when/if you actually do a System Restore and select that particular date.
