Go to my computer and right click and choose manage
Look in event viewer / system
see if there is a full error log.
We need the full stop error or BCCODE error which tells what type of stop this is.
You could also go to control panel / system (or right click my computer / properties) / advanced /startup and recovery/ settings
Uncheck "Restart on system failure"
Check "Send an admin alert" (The old familiar blue screen of death with a stop error telling you what happened)
Check "Create a log file" (File which will be saved in event viewer so you can post it with the stop error, bcccode and more information on what went wrong allowing us to tell you what driver to update or what program to uninstall) |
