Windows Automatic Updates
I can not get my windows to set to automatic updates. I had installed Limewire program and it kept starting up on its own. I deleted Limewire. I tried to go to windows update website but it wouldn't update because the automatic update is turned off. Please help!

Windows Updates
Windows update to turn on in the Control Panel.
Start - Control Panel - Open Automatic Updates Icon - Set to Automatic - Apply - OK
Have you tried this?

It is very possible that you have some sort of malware on your machine.

Ask a moderator to move you to Malware Removal & HijackThis Logs forum, post a Hijack This log and let one of the malware guru's examine it.

You can order Service Pack 3 at this location if you want.

If you get an error click Reload for the website. I think they stay busy.
It took 19 day for me to receive my CD
