Werid Noises
Hi all,

I keep hearing very weird noises out of my computer. - Which I thought was adaware or something.

It is either one of the following sounds;

-'The OMG, NO WAY!' add you sometimes see on websites

-Some very low quality basey music

-The noise of a solenoid (sp)

-The windows XP critical error stop sound (repeated several times)

-Orrr!, The sound of browsing folder in windows explorer (XP) (again several times)

The noises are occurring more and more frequently, and new noises seam to be appearing now!)

I have run f-secure, AVG, super anti-spyware, malware bytes, and possibly more.

I have done a HJL (and had it checked - found nothing), and used task manager, and process explorer to try and find what is running, and found nothing!

Someone said it could be my cables picking up noises from radio waves, but i am 99% sure the noise is being generated by my computer!

I have changed the filter on the phone line to my router, and have tried disabling windows sounds.

Help me please!!!!!

Many Thanks!

P.S, I couldn't decide on where to post this! - sorry

Huh, I have never heard of a problem like this! Is the sound generating from you speakers, or is it coming from you computer tower!?
