my older friend, whose machine i'm trying to fix, has a problem with XP. Everytime she logs into any profile on the machine, it logs straight back out again, and i can't figure out how to fix it. i've rebooted, unplugged and all that, but can't suss it out. she can't connect to the internet, as she can't log in, and i need a simplified guide to sorting it out, so her kids can do their homework. she doesn't want to lose any of her stuff either. would be so grateful for any help recieved!!!!
