Windows XP Pro error message
I am unable to download a Bellsouth Optimization tool as every time I try to do so I get this gold box:"Windows has blocked this program because the publisher cannot be verified",
I went to Internet Options, advanced, and clicked on "allow content even if certificates are invalid" and that still hasn't fixed this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated..Thanks

Have you also unchecked "Check for signatures on downloaded programs" in IE options Advanced tab?
