when i click disable auto reboot...this is what it says...a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage...it says disable or uninstall any any virus, disk defrag, or backup utilities...ck your hard drive config...and ck for updated drivers...then restart computer...tech info...***stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x8237CB00, 0x00000000)

It might help if we know what you did with your computer before this problem started.

Does it have an Intel or AMD processor?

Did you recently install the SP3 upgrade?
