Solved: account management in Windows XP
Trying to get the kids computer ready for its first internet usage. I was going on to make us all separate user accounts in Windows XP. I received the following error message when trying to change how users log on.

A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and fast user switching. To restore these features you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change: GTGina.dll
Anyone tell me what that went to? My kids have a lot of software and stuff on our desktop.

This may solve your issue:

Create a Restore Point first before making any changes, in case of undesired/unexpected results.

Let us know if that helps or not.
