Messed up IP?/Connection?/Registry?
First of all, I uninstalled CA internet security suite by the supportbridge software that ComputerAssociates tech's uninstall guide suggested me to use. So I went through all of the steps and in the end, it came with these programs such as Winsock and LSreg, so I started both programs, I also reinstalled CA Internet security suite 2008 and ended them with a required reboot.
After the restart, I rebooted my computer up again, this time in safe mode so that I can scan my computer for infected files and such with AVG8.0, but I set AVG to not clean up the results so that I could take a look at them to check if they're crucial for some programs to run.
Now that I've booted my computer normally, I got a warning message that AVG's update manager couldn't connect even though I updated the software before I went into safe mode, aside that I checked the AVG scan report and cleansed what I selected.

I opened CA Security center to see if my firewall was blocking my/AVG's connection to the internet, but it was off and all of the descriptions of each option in the GUI were renamed to "Static". I tried clicking on "Secure Now"/"Enable personal firewall" and such, though it displayed the click-confirm animation but nothing changed.

I tried to connect via default network connection(broadband connection requiring username+pw), nonetheless I get the "Error 769: The specified destination is not reachable". I opened up CMD to see if it had anything to do with my IP and typed "ipconfig /all" which gave me a message "Windows IP Configuration" regardless of every valid ipconfig-commands such as /all,/renew/release...

I google'd it and some said to reinstall my Network adapters which is seemingly impossible since I get the message "Failed to uninstall the device. The device may be required to boot up the computer" after attempting to confirm uninstallation of my network adapters. I also think that it's a registry damage that's causing my network adapters to malfunction as well as failing every possible system restore attempts except the factory settings in which I'm not going to resort to.

I imported Regcure and RegistryFix6.4 from this laptop to my computer, and still no good news.
Every wireless device in the house can connect to the connection that my computer uses, but the computer itself can't.

I'd appreciate your help greatly even through means of rephrasing some parts of my post since it's 4 AM here.

Did you get any CDs with drivers on them with that PC?

The only CD that I have is the Nvidia Drivers&Utilities, nothing else. If I don't have the CD to reinstall the listed damaged network adapters(which didn't come with CDs), then is there an alternate way? All of my damaged network adapters with the little yellow circle and an exlamation mark all have the same Device status when I right-clicked and went to properties which is: "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device(although the troubleshooter doesn't display anything)"
