GPO information according to MOC
HI,
I want to know either the statement is right or wrong in 70-640 Page 266.

Code:

Computer Configuration Settings Disabled: During computer policy refresh, computer configuration setting in the GPO will be applied

User Configuration Setting Disabled: During user policy refresh, user configuration settings in the GPO will be applied .
According to my understanding its written is vice versa.

Am I right ?
