How would one go about deploying Office 2007
and having the activation key already entered so I don't have to go to all the machines and do it manually? These machines also have older versions of office on them (XP and 2003... it's a hodge podge... some of them already HAVE 2007 on them). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have done all of them at one point in time in my life to see how it works but I really don't know which one per se to recommend for you. But I think regardless you should at least put an administrative install point for Office 2007 on one of your servers.

Yeah, I did that yesterday actually... threw it on the new 2008 server.
