displaying .php pages on web server
Hello,

I currently run a web serve ron windows server 2003 and want to look at using a couple of PHP pages on my website.

Does IIS come set up to run PHP pages or do I need to install a 3rd party application?

Thank you

Karl

IIS is only configured to display HTML, ASP or ASP.NET pages by default. For other languages such as PHP or Perl you need to install the interpreter programs:

Download php package from http://www.php.net/

Hello,

Thanks for your information.

After your post, I have been away and found a good tutorial online on how to set a system up to use PHP.

Not sure if the rules allow for the link to be posted on here, but it was very useful.

Thanks for the advice.
