AD Groups

I'm just been trying to add some permissions to a shared folder on my ISA server. For some reason, it won't let me add the administrators group, or any group to be honest.

All my other servers are ok, and I've tried cheating by browsing to the folder from one of the others but it still doesn't want to work.

Can someone advise please?
