Changing Roaming Profiles from Win2K to 2003
I have a number of users on my network who still have their Win2K roaming profiles instead of 2003. New users get the 2003 profile because they never had a 2000 login. Is there a simple way to change the old users to a 2003 profile?

Not sure what you mean or what the difference is between the two. A profile is a profile and is tied to the user. If the 2000 and 2003 servers were both AD replication partners it should make no difference as profiles would be pushed and pulled from a single location.
