logging on
have Vista home premium. also administrator. not every time but sometimes when i go to log on my account i get this[ loading ur desktop] then a pop up says [user profile was not loaded correctly see event log for details] but can not find anything in there about that problem. any suggestions

You probably have a corrupt profile. Login as local administrator or other admin account. Backup the profile in c:\Users\<username> to another folder elsewhere. The delete the profile in c:\Users (not all of them, just yours). Then login again to create a fresh profile.
