Solved: FTP:Download Works, Upload Denied.
I am using IIS and am having some issues with trying to upload to my FTP. I can download anything I throw in there, but I can't upload. I have checked permissions and allowed everyone to everything but full control (I will take it off later, just was testing).

Anyone have any ideas?

Where are you setting these permisions? Did you setup the site for Read and Write in IIS?
You may want to read this article.

I actually read that and thats how I first installed. I recreated my FTP and made sure to select allow read and write access. I deleted everyone account and now it works for annonymous and users in my domain.

Thank you!
