Computer freezing soon after startup

Here is a copy of my hijack this log Ive been running this computer for 2 years and have plenty of programs they just dont startup as you have your set to do.Im posting this just to give you an idea of how things should look.

Yeah i posted in that other forum because I was told to do that earlier but I havent checked back there since you started talking to me. So I did everything you said and got excited because it worked for a little longer and I was able to open my browser and hijackthis, but it froze before the log could finish. Also I see you didnt set the services to manual as I suggested in post #11.Please do that.But first reenable your antivirus via msconfig.Better yet uninstall avg.After that reboot.Then run the avg uninstaller found here. http://majorgeeks.com/downloadget.ph...3cd88621e1213a

Ok please go ahead with chkdsk /r Type that into command prompt and reboot please.
When you open command prompt make sure to right click and run as admin.

I forgot you need to stop the service in services.msc duh My Bad do that then reboot.Sorry bout the confusion.
Do that for each then reboot and post frsh hijack this log pleae.
