I cannot find that actual computer, from the details you have provided on the EMachines site
They are not the easiest site to use from the point of view of downloads.
You need to go there and find the latest driver for that graphics chip.

I believe I am correct in sayng that it is onboard graphics. That means that the monitor will connect on the I/O plate near to the mouse keyboard and LAN. If it was a spearate graphics card it would connect away from those ports - below them and further down the case.

If you have no success on the Emachines site it is actually an ECS motherboard.

As a last resort download this

That is the latest driver for the GeForce 6150Se


You MAY also need to update DirectX
Check which version

Am I correct please in thinking that you have installed this

Advanced System Optimizer from Systweak acompany based in India.
What it purports to be capable of doing is quite frightening.
If it could do just HALF of what it offers, WITHOUT risk to the health of your system it would be one of the most sought after programs on the market.

Unfortunately it is just another example of a program that you do not need and more vitally important do NOT WANT.

When did you install it please.
Are the problems connected with the date of that.

If that is NOT too long ago and you have a system restore point to before that date bearing in mind that you will lose everything installed since, as well as changes to documents etc, then the best advice is to restore to that point.

If that is not an option, we will have to approach it another way - but a system restore is the best way of getting rid of that program and all the unwanted changes it may have made.
Merely its offering of registry optimizer and memory optimizer are enough to tell me that it is not wanted on ANY computer.

Further to my last do you have Norton installed as your anti-virus.

I hope you are going to reply YES or at least you have some anti-virus protection other than that offered as part of the Advanced System Optimizer

Well I used to have Norton it just ran out , a lot of good it did the past year . Defender Got divX updates then logitech wanted to update right after . Thats where I am at .

1. What are we doing about that Advanced system optimizer- I firmly believe that is part of the problem

2. Defender got dixX - am I to take it that you have Windows Defender as your main protection.

Follow the guide please.
Basically you select the product you had, you open that entry, you remove if you have not already done so using Control Panel, Programs and features - uninstall and then use the tool.
If you have already done the first - use the tool anyway please.


SO IF I HAVE IT CORRECT after you have uninstalled that optimizer and as Norton has expired YOU ONLY have defender.. As I have said it is NOT a real time malware protection (anti-virus) and EVEN if you kept that Advanced System Optimizer its AV aspect is not even mentioned by many of the independant AV testing sites.

At this time, before you do ANY web browsing install Microsoft Security Essentials please. It is readily available, free uses hardly any resources compared with others and is unobtrusive and regularly updated.

If you do that it will automatically disable Defender, as it is not then needed.

At a later date you can make your own choice of protection.

I got that optimizer from when my computer was so bad it stopped working . Windows or my computer recomended it at the time and has done wonders I had to pay for it so idk why its so bad . Idk if its vista or the computer or a virus , bad driver? All started with a funky logitech update in may or june blue screens started saying webcam driver . So tried to uninstall all webcam drivers which deemed impossible , here I am blue screening all different reasons nothing seems to work when you want it to but then works enough . If I can restore I will .

Did it enlarge for you ? Problem was there long before that program . Yes defender thats it . This all happened while under the protection of mighty norton so what good is it ?

It is NO use trying to restore to a point dated when you say it was not working.

The point you mention regarding the Systweak is I can assure you, not something that was recommended by Microsoft.

DO YOU MEAN that a popup appeared on your screen telling you that your computer was infected etc or whatever and recommending that you download the program that the pop automatically pointed you to and then when you had done so, it then told you that you must purchase whatever it was.

OR did you purchase the Optimizer by other means from a search for a solution.
AND is it the progam I sent you the link for.

I dont think its a UK problem or maybe you dont hablo my ingles so good . Where is the help ? My problem is not the registry cleaner ok got it .

With respect, if you are unwilling to follow my advice we cannot make any progress.
If I succeed, you may reinstall that program anytime you wish.
You may re-install Norton, rely ONLY on Defender or rely ONLY on the protection offered by the Advanced System Optimizer.

IN FACT of course you may do ENTIRELY as you wish. It is your computer.

If I fail to solve your problem you have the advantage of help from other members of this site, who decide to participate in your topic AND even if we all fail to find the solution - you have lost nothing at all as presumably you have the means to reinstall the program anytime you wish, having already purchased it.

IF it so good, as you believe it to be, then one may suspect that it can solve this problem as well.

Whether or not you wish to proceed is entirely a matter for you, but it is pointless making other attempts to find the cause until we eliminate what I consider to be the probable.

Please post your decision and then if you decide to continue we can make some progress.

Whilst the webcam is mentioned in the crash reports, so is the System Optimizer

Additionally aspects of Norton also appear to be in question, so you should if you are going to continue, start with the suggestions I have already made including the Norton removal tool.
