Exclamation .NET Framework [error/lag]
Problem

I have a window vista and when I install ".NET Framework 3.5 Sp1" for Sony vegas pro 11, it lags and the startup of the laptop is very slow. But before I installed ".NET Framework 3.5 Sp1" I try to run Sony vegas pro 11 and as it loads, the loading is stuck at "Initializing .NET runtime" and I thought by installing ".NET Framework 3.5 Sp1" it will work and after the installation, I can't even open Sony vegas pro 11, it will just lag and I need to go to task manager to stop the process for Sony vegas pro 11

This is the specifications for Sony vegas pro 11 http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/vegaspro/techspec

Fyi: I got Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile installed

Hoping there is a solution to this problem
