CPU Usage 100% - Maxed Out
Hi, I am having an issue because my CPU always seems to be maxing out. When I open task managers and sort by CPU the numbers in the queue add up to about 6%, but the CPU will read 89% at the bottom. No complex software running, and I'm not running a million things at once. I have ESET NOD 32 installed, so no noticeable virus. Something is just wrong. Any ideas where I should look to figure it out?

None of them. The most CPU any program is pulling is 02.
