The computer is a Dell Inspiron 531 and will turn on and go to the Dell page then stay there for a short time before going to a page that says this:

strike f1 to retry boot, f2 for setup utility

Anything I Seem to do just restarts the computer and ends up back at this page. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello Ruffian

Which OS are you using. If its windows, try to use the windows CD and boot from the CD and try to access the repair function.
