Try the following Samsung link.
Downloaded and tested from this link. Works fine on XP and it says it is for Vista as well. (my CD only listed for XP and prior)
Good luck, it is a nice camera

Download for Full Digimax Master For Vista
Try this download. I have not tried downloading it myself. Let us know if it works for you.
