Solved: Remove Folders from your Personal Folder
In the Personal Folder located on Vista, there are other folders called Favorites, Contacts, Bluetooth Software, Searches, etc.

I do not need half of these, and have tried deleting them, however they keep coming back.

Is there anyway to permanently remove these?

Why do you want to remove them?

The system needs them. Favorites is for IE, Contacts if for Live Messenger and Windows Mail, etc.

I don't use them/Don't Need them and they are a waste to be there in my personal folder.

Well I'm sure there are a lot of windows components that you don't use/need but removing them isn't that simple.

No. I love every other window component. Just not this one. Also this one seems there is a way around.

I was having just the same problem... As long as you don't mind a tiny portion of your hard drive being taken up by these folders, just hide them and set the folder options to "do not shown hidden files and folders"
