Vista cursor issues
One of the most annoying features of Vista, for me, is the behavior of the cursor. When the cursor lingers over an option in a menu, it selects it without a left click or a double tap on the mouse pad. Is there any way to get rid of this feature?

Are you using your laptop? It might be a bit over sensitive; vista sure doesn't do that to me.

I am using a laptop: a Dell Inspiron, with a touchpad mouse. So, is this an issue that is specific to Dell laptops?
