Voice Conference With Vista
I am having trouble with yahoo messenger voice conference on a new computer that has windows vista.

My sound is working fine except when I am in voice conference. I can not speak or hear while in conference.

I have checked all the settings and even tried to redownload yahoo but still have the same problem.

The last thing I can think of is it is a conflict with Vista and Yahoo.

Has any one else heard of this or may know of a possible solution?

Thanks

Are you running an antivirus with a firewall? Most instant messengers require permission to act as a server for voice conferencing.

The only firewalls on the computer are what AOL provides and windows.

Also I forgot to mention this but I can do 1 on 1 calls just not join or start a conference.

What I mean is say I IM someone. In the upper left corner of the IM window I can click on call and call that person and it works fine.
