Windows Vista Ultimate 64edition
1.After fiddling with some probably virus infected files, lots of programs close with the c0000005 exception error. This is most likely caused by a virus I presume, but its affecting lots of program exes. I assume it is a hacked windows dll causing a buffer overrun, but i'm still very new to assembly and dont know how this would react. I'll post some example errors below.
2.Any program that requires access to the internet is not getting through : I noticed firefox would no longer open any addresses. If I typed in an address that was valid, nothing would happen. If I typed in something invalid, firefox returned a "xxx" could not be found. Any applications wishing access to the internet are not working, I assume my outgoing or incoming UDP has been blocked as well
I appreciate any help on the above problems.
