Troubleshooting with Table
I recently purchased a laptop with Windows Vista and cannot get my Wacom tablet working right on it. I used the same tablet on my other computers and cannot get it working on my laptop. I installed the software that came with my Wacom Sapphire and i can't open the Properties on vista to change the pressure. Every time I want to click on its properties an error message pops up that says my Tablet driver is not found.
I have opened Device Manager and noticed that the tablet is classified as a HID compliant mouse. I know there is something wrong here because my tablet is not a mouse.
I've looked everywhere online for answers but cannot find anything. So far, i have turned of some Automatic User Control settings that were asking me to run a legacy CPL, something of that sort. Not sure if this is a step forward or backwards.
Hopefully somebody here can help me, i would really appreciate it
thank you.
