Problem gone
I have been having the same problems for the last several days after installing a bunch of Windows updates. Several people here mentioned the card reader & floppy. I went into my devices and disabled my card reader and floppy drive and the problems disappeared. I haven't seen a single "Exception Processing Message" or "No Drive" message since.

Have Same Problem For Realplayer
Every time I turn realplayer on i get the 'No Disk' message: "exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c" I can click it about 20 times until realplayer is shut down and the message leaves my screen. Getting frustrated, can someone help?

Disable the floppy drive !!
I had this problem also. Disabling the floppy drive in device settings solved it.

same Exception Message
I have just had the same 75b6bf9c parameters message on boot up. Yesterday I uninstalled Norton Anti-virus and installed McAfee so there must be a clue here? I keep getting the sound of something being turned on and then off again - any ideas?

Have just read the message about a card reader - I did have a problem trying to "remove hardware" with my card reader yesterday so it could be that too.

Disabling "Floppy disc controllers" in the Device Manager fixes the problem for me too.

I just started getting this error message a couple days ago when I got a new iPod shuffle from my girlfriend. Everytime I plugged it in the error would pop up, and once I removed the USB it would stop. I used thebarracuda's advice and now I've got no problems.

So one more vote of confidence for thebarracuda's method. Who really needs a 3 1/2 drive anyway?

Exception Processing Message
For me what worked was to plug my card reader in to the USB socket on the tower unit when I want to use it and not into my USB hub. I don't understand it but I haven't had the error message since.

Memory Card Reader
I started getting this error, but only on an XP Home System and only when I had my Dazzle USB memory card reader plugged in. Unplug the unit reader and no error.

After disabling my floppy drive, I never saw the message anymore :]

How to disable a floppy drive in Windows XP

- Right Click on My Computer (not the shortcut)
- Click Properties
- Click the Hardware tab
- Click Device Manager
- DOuble click the floppy disk controllers
- Right click the Standard Floppy Disk Controller button, and disable it.

You won't be able to use your floppy drive, but who does nowadays? xD I do not know the harms of disabling the drive, but my computer has been working fine ever since.

I HAD the same Exception Processing Message - Windows no disk come up, UNTIL I read something about searching for a drive that was no longer there. I have the HP psc 2210 all-in-one printer with camera card reader slots that showed up in my Windows Explorer as "Removable Disk (F: ) Evidently, I had tried to use one of those slots at one time and the computer thought it was a drive that I had installed. I went to properties of the C: drive and clicked on the Hardware tab. I clicked on the F: drive and changed it to "disabled". Rebooted the computer --- No Error Message. Went back in and re-enabled the F: drive, rebooted, Error was back. Disabled it again, rebooted, No error. I hope this helps some.

I have found a solution for this problem on my computer.
I don't have a floppy disk drive on my computer so it is disabled in the BIOS.
My A: drive is an Iomega ZIP-100 SCSI Disk Drive.
My B: drive is a Matshita LS-120 Ver5 SCSI Disk Drive. Both have removable disks. And this is where the problem narrows down to. If I don't have disks in the drives, then I get the "No Disk - Exception Processing Message." If I leave disks in the drive, I don't get error messages when I boot up.
Problem solved!
