My Issue was a Dell Monitor
Hey all - I had the same issue and tried EVERYTHING listed above.

After reading more I thought it could be some sort of USB issue, so I unplugged the media card reader from my new Dell LCD and tada! it worked.

So I gues I'd suggest unplugging things one at a time as well

Exception processing message
My husband is getting the same message except for the numbers on the end. He gets "Exception Processing Message C0000012 parameters 7cc31d6c 7cc31d6c 7cc31d6c"

Disconnecting USB, Floppy, other drives doesn't work. He doesn't allow automatic updates because too many of them interfer with a game he has, so it couldn't be that. He has not made any changes to his computer since yesterday and all of a sudden the messages start. Takes several clicks to get rid of it. Any thoughts? There must be somewhere that we can find out what the numbers in the errors mean which will probably be the clue to the answer.

The runtime error box also asks if I want to debug line 60. When I click yes, I am then asked if I chose to debug line 121. Again, I click yes and recieve the exception dialogue box. I am informed that the process will be terminated.

the exception address is 00413E6C.

Can anyone shed some light on this exception error?

I found I got the message if I left my SanDisck media card reader plugged in. Now I unplug it after I use it , and that seems to work. I hope.

Error - No Disk. Exception Processing Message etc.
This problem most likely occurred after a removable drive (eg. a compact flash drive) that was not loaded with a disk, was mistakenly tried to open. Infact, that's how it happened with me. Even system restore does not fix the problem. However, if you know which removable drive it was (Eg. drive F), just disconnect that drive from your usb port, and your problem will disappear. This worked for me! After a few days, reconnect the drive and see what happens. I hope this can reduce the headaches of many.

Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c
My computer is running Microsoft XP and i think i've solved my problem. You go to "Start", then click on "Run" and in the box write "msconfig" then press "OK." A box will appear and then select "Selective Startup" and tick every box except for "Load Startup Items" then click OK.

I've turned my computer off and on a few times and the window with "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c" hasn't shown up...fingers crossed it keeps working right.

Not sure if anybody's solved the problem. I started having this problem on 10th July 2007...so i'd thought i'd register and let members now what i've done. I'm not good with computers but i like to fiddle around here and there. Hopefully this might help someone out.

Your post helped me solve my problem.

XP Pro sp2 & all updates applied
Root drive E
Floppy drive A
Zip Drive C
DVD burner D

Yesterday I uninstalled Norton SystemWorks 2005 and after rebooting ran the appropriate Norton removal tool. Upon rebooting after the removal tool I got the dreaded "Windows No Disk c0000013 etc. Restored to a point before I uninstalled Norton. The error disappeared but Norton would not work & upshot is I would need to uninstall and reinstall if I wanted this restore point to function as before. Decided to uninstall and problem solve from this point. Read all post I could google including this forum. Most encounter the error after a Norton uninstall or Windows update but not all. So I started implementing variations of others' solutions. When I disabled the zip - no error msg. When I enabled the zip and put in a zip disk before booting - no error msg. Ran msconfig and disabled all startup items. Restarted and no error msg. Tested startup items and found Event Reminder's presence in the startup list was the culprit. When I disabled only Event Reminder at startup - no error with zip enabled and empty. Read how some folks were getting this error associated with card readers. When they removed the card reader their problem was solved. I didn't want to remove my zip but could change its drive letter. Next, with all enabled on my system including startup items listed by msconfig, I changed the zip to drive D and the DVD burner to drive C. The error msg has gone away. Appears that in resetting the drive letter whatever got corrupted during the Norton removal was fixed. Whew!!! Hope this helps someone else solve the problem faster than I did.

It WORKED FOR ME !!!
I WAS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WITH THESE MESSAGE AFTER I INSTALLED NORTON 360. I CONTACTED A TECH FROM HP AND HE GAVE THESE STEPS THAT WORKED GREAT FOR ME, I HOPE IT WOULD HELP YOU TOO GUYS.

1. Click Start, then Run and type msconfig in the open field, and then
click OK.
2. When the System Configuration Utility appears, select the Startup
tab. Uncheck all programs, except the ones mentioned below that the
systems needs to run properly.
PS2 KBD Hpsysdrv HP Center UI HP Center sgtray Hkcmd navapw32 or Norton
antivirus mgavrtcl or Mc Afee antivirus RUNDLL.32 and All entries
starting with cc, like ccRegvfy and ccApp
If there is any items that corresponds to the DSL/cable connection,
please do not uncheck it.

Please note that not all the items will be in the list, uncheck
everything that is not listed above.

Removing the programs from the start startup, will remove the programs
loading during startup, however these programs will still be available
in and can be accessed from the Start Menu.

Click on "apply" button and then click on "close"
After you restart the computer, you will see a box stating "your
computer is running in selective startup for troubleshooting mode. Place
a check in the box marked "Do not display this message again" and press
"ok"

Unhappy Error message
In June I wrote that my husband was getting error message "Exception processing message .... We replaced the video card and the message went away. That is until last week it returned. So we have concluded the bad video card and error message was not tied. Don't know where to turn from here.

Got it to work!
Ok, I have been getting the same message as everyone here. The "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c" message. Aren't those fun?! Well, after reading everyone's advice, I decided to go with mario2811's and it worked! Well, I didn't follow it to the letter because he is using an HP and it's a little different from my emachines.

This popped up in the past week when I installed a new DVD burner along with AVS diskcreator and DVD Shrink. To get rid of the message I went to Start>>Run>>msconfig>>Startup tab. I then turned off Reader_sl (Adobe loves putting unnecessary files on your computer), iTunesHelper (I don't even use iTunes, this comes with Quicktime), RealOneMessageCenter (another unnecessary "helpful" program), and qttask. That's all I changed and the message is gone. We'll see how long this will last. Others might have different programs, yet the idea was to turn off junk I don't need running and leave the system and accessories programs going.

Hope this helps!

HP Instructions for exception processing message worked!
HP Tech support gave me a list of instructions to try, but none of the first ones worked, so it was the final one that edited the registry that worked. followed the instructions for all of these, but only the final one worked. Immediately after following the registry change instructions, my comptuer stopped showing the error message, and it has been several hours of operation with no sign of that nasty little gremlin of an error message! And my computer is working very fine. Here is what they said:

Please perform these steps to resolve the issue:

WINDOWS - NO DISK Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

Quicktime may be the cause ("C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime or Quicktime itself).

Else, Uninstall Windows updates: KB925902, KB931261, KB930178, KB931784 & KB932168

Solution 1: Delete the file c:\windows\system32\QuickTimeFavorites.qtr to resolve the issue.

1) Open QuickTime Player.

2) From the File menu, choose Open Recent, then choose Clear Menu.

3) Restart the PC. This should resolve the issue.

A program called DIT.EXE in the start up could also cause this issue. Disable it through msconfig utility.

Solution 2: Please perform these steps.

http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?t=180326

Click Start>>Run

Type C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quicktime and click ok

Delete or rename the file: QuickTimeFavorites.qtr

This should resolve the issue.

Solution 3: Resolution: Clear your list of recently viewed movies. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Open QuickTime Player.

2. From the File menu, choose Open Recent, then choose Clear Menu.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/foru...hp/t91556.html

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93687

Else, please perform these steps.

1. Click on start, select Run.

2. In the run box, type regedit to open the registry.

3. Once the registry is open navigate to the following path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows\

4. Click File, Export, type a filename that is easy for you to remember, and Select All and click Save

5. Then change the value of the ErrorMode key to 2 on right pane.

6. Restart computer and check for issue.

Hope that works and helps everyone as much as it has me!

Jon
