Last night I uninstalled Norton Internet Security and after the required reboot, the same message now comes up whenever I start my computer. I think it may have something to do with Symantic products. I also just downloaded the AVG malware/rootkit product to try. Does anyone have a solution to this?

SheronLN, I just started getting this same message and also have been getting error saying :Windows - no disk" I looked at your installed software and I don't really have any in common with you. I use McAfee anti-virus. when I get the no disk error, task manager points to csrss.exe. I have installed googledesktop lately and have gotten a few Windows updates. I run windows XP media center edition.

Anybody have any ideas?

Exception Processing Message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c
I just started getting the same message this morning April Friday the 13th. Hmmmm.

Mine is a "Windows - No Disk" message too. I did run a Error Check on my hard drive (formerly scan disk?). I was not around to see the results, but it fixed nothing related to the problem. This was just a stab in the dark hoping it would magically fix the problem.

I use Computer Associates (CA) Anti-Virus software. It occurs soon as a scan starts. Some files trigger it some don't.

I suspect Microsofts latest updates. Seems like I have had a lot lately popping up for installation. Also seeing that this is a recent issues for the rest of you...just confirms my unfounded suspicions.

I would love some help with resolving this so I can run my anti-virus scan again. As of now it is worthless. I have to manually tell it to continue and skip many many files.

This just won't do. For now I will blame microsoft updates.

Thanks

Exception Processing
Just downloaded latest update (7.0.337.000) to ZoneAlarm Free version and got the same messages. Update appears to have installed OK, "Firewall Up to Date" etc, but still concerned about implications.

75b6bf9c message
I downloaded Norton 360 on Friday 13th April and this morning I am getting this 'Windows - no disk' message followed by 'exception processing message' c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c

The message appears on startup and will disappear when you click 'continue' about 4 times, the message then returns 2 or 3 times before finally going away.

This is really annoying and must have something to do with Norton 360 or Symantec products - its the only program I have added to my computer for a month.

I am having the exact same message every time I try and run itunes. Everything else is OK. I have been seeing a lot about this on French message boards, and I do some work on French sites so I was wondering if it was a virus or malware that had originated in France?

If anyone knows how to get rid of it I would be very happy and grateful.

NB I am running windows xp, so this may not be a vista related or vista specific error message.

I'm beginning to think this might have more to do with the latest Windows updates than it does with Symantic or ITunes. It seems to be happening with a wide variety of software. I have Windows set for auto updates and I believe there was a download done in the last few days. If that's the case, is there any way to "un" download a problematic update?

It must be Microsoft.
My virus software is CA (Computer Assciates) and it happens every time the scan is run like I said in my earlier post.

Microsoft has two new security updates out today. Let's hope that fixes the problem.

This is a good thing that it is affecting so many people with different software. At least I know I am not alone.

I'll let you know if the updates fix the problem.

Its abut that time again. I did a fresh install of XP.
I"m fairly certain that my A drive dosn't work.

At first, I was getting Error messages popping up stating

"SUNKIST.NOTIFYICONDATA.hWnd drive not ready"

then as i continued doing the windows updates, and having no luck with Spybot S&D or Ad-Aware I started getting another error message

"Windows - drive not ready check that the drive is closed bla bla bla"

then after more updates and still no luck, I got the
"Windows - drive not yet ready exception Processing Message c00000a3 PArameters 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"

so it appears that this isnt the most recent windows update. I'm still updating. I am right past IE7 just downloaded 2 more critical updates dated 2 13 2007. going for a restart as soon as i publish this. I'll let you know what happens

ok, when restarting, windows hangs up and asks me to end program for "SUNKIST.NOTIFY"
I think this Windows drive not ready is the same error as "windows drive not ready"

I hope this helps someone.. I'll try to whip this problems *** and get back to you

Question exception processing message
My computer also started with this message on yesterday. It is only when I use my photosuite. I am wondering if I can do a system restore to fix the problem. What do you think?
