Thumbs up Unable to print Emails
I recently bought a new E Machines computer. In doing so I find that my current printer will not work therefore I had to buy a new one. I bought a HP Deskjet F380 from the same fellow that I bought the computer from. I am able to print from Microsoft Works and from some of HP download instructions. However, I am unable to print Emails. I have gone to the HP help people and they have indicated to me they've done all that they can to resolve the problem One tech indicated it's a problem with Internet Explorer 7. Suggested I go to Microsoft. Well, that's like looking for a needle in a hay stake for the right free link for help. I was given your link by a friend. This particular printer is also a copier and I have no problems with that as well.
