Try bringing up Task Manager, new task, "explorer" - next step is to work out what's stopping it loading. Start by disabling all startup programs in msconfig.

Hi, I've had the same problem for weeks, and haven't found a solution yet, if you find anything to help fix this problem, can you let me know.
Thanks
Wendy

I found out how to fix the problem.
Thing is i don't know the cause of the problem.
So every time i turn on the computer i have to go to new task then type "explorer"
My dad made a .Bat file so i can run it from there but i want to find the real cause of the problem and stop it. I need some help.
If you know please Post

There must be a program causing it, try running System Restore to when it was working fine.
