Compatibility trick
Maybe, you all know about this, but it's an answered prayer to me. I have Vista Home Prem. The drivers for my Epson 1160 & 880 are pre-installed in Vista. While the drivers easily installed, the print output on both printers was horrible and unusable. After two weeks of going around with epson/hp/MS I gave up. Luckily, I found this and now at least one printer works fine ( I haven't tested the second one yet.)

I had to switch compatibility to Win2k and run the program as an administrator.
