A simple question
If you have a internet explore window open and then open another and it takes it so to speak. What is the setting to change that. That is not exactly what is happening but would
like to know what that is and can't remember, happened along time ago on a old computer and changed some settings to allow that.

Go to Tools> Options>Advanced. Make sure this is UNchecked : "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts"
